Michael Bluth Can Fix Health Care

You know, while you’re at it, I could use one more season of “The Wire.” And where was Emilio Estevez at the Oscars? Certainly the Commander-in-Chief could have ordered a complete “The Breakfast Club” reunion.

There’s always money in the white house.

  2. Gaël says:

I know it’s not the point, but i’m astonished by the constant references to George Orwell in that kind of american demonstrations. Seen from Europe, that’s very exotic. In France or in Spain, George Orwell is a clearly left-wing personality, pioneer of an anti-authoritarian socialism, and popular for that in many libertarian and anti-capitalists organisations. And, actually, it’s hard to think otherwise if you’ve read “Homage to Catalonia” or “Down and Out in London and Paris”… Do these people read books?
Sorry for my bad, bad english.

      “Do these people read books?”

      No.

    • Anna Rexia says:

Your version of English is better than that of most Americans.

    • Mega says:

They don’t read books. Just the Bible.

    • BigMomma says:

I believe what you just said is kind of the point. They’re trying to say that Obama’s actions are starting to scare the most extreme left wing people.

      • Mike says:

Actually, I think it’s a reference to George Orwell’s novel “1984,” which was about a world run by an extreme communist government. I’m surprised by how many people in America have read the book.

I wouldn’t call Gael’s English bad at all, despite what he may think of it.

“I’m surprised by how many people in America have read the book.”
Yeah, read the book and misinterpreted the author’s message.

“I’m surprised by how many people in America have read the book.”

Well, I know when I was a teenager it was required reading in my English class. That’s probably the main reason so many have read it (read it / Pass) LOL

    • Caitlin says:

I am American, and I read – I’ve read Twilight 4 times, and went through the entire Series of Unfortunate Events. Amelia Bedelia…Green Eggs and Ham…really, I am quite edumacated (spelling?).

      Discuss.

Finally, a protester who knows what’s really important.

And that woman’s George Orwell sign is really pissing me off.

  4. colman says:

I bet she hasn’t even read the book.

Obama’s too busy trying to bring back Star Trek. (that gives you some idea of his sucess rate….)

  5. lawlocaust says:

The kid with the bullhorn is a dick. Sign is funny though.

  6. EmmaLeigh says:

Your Secretary of State knows Amy Poehler, she’s married to Will Arnett….get things rolling already! ;^)

  7. Sgt. Obvious says:

    A teabagger I actually agree with… Scary.

  8. nthorp says:

    He must be Uncle Teabag.

  9. BigMomma says:

I wonder if he could resurrect Arrested Development?? That would be one accomplishment.

  10. tahrey says:

“Breakfast club reunion” …. just a few short days later, how inappropriate that reference seems ;)

  11. Obama starred in the second episode of Arrested Development; about 4 minutes in -you can see him standing in the corner.

  12. Anon says:

There’s a link to the noisebot site with a girl wearing a shirt that says “There’s always money in the banana stand!” Is this a sign?

  13. digitalMindy says:

The band or the television show?
